Due to the nature of our products, all sales on lash supplies are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on glue, tweezers, or any other lash supply items once purchased.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Aignerextensions@gmail.com] with a photo of the item and your order number, and we will make it right.

Services (lash extensions, IV hydration, and wellness treatments) are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please refer to our booking cancellation policy.
